Tutorial | Edinburgh Makeup Artist

This week in the life of an Edinburgh makeup artist I had been toying with the idea of doing a tutorial. Then after seeing the new bond movie with Léa Seydoux looking AMAZING, in the train scene, you know the one. I felt inspired, so here are some hints, tips and my favourite products to create this amazing look.

Stunning right?!

This look is all about glowing skin and the bold lip. I’m a massive fan of this trend, which is so in at the moment. The key to pulling off a bold lip is to make sure your lips are properly conditioned. As the months get colder I need to exfoliate my lips as well as nourish them. You could treat yourself to a lip scrub like Lushes tasty bubblegum scrub or they’re actually really easy to make yourself. Get on to Pinterest for recipes!

My skin dream team here is NARS Sheer Glow foundation and Sara Hill primer. This look doesn’t feature a crazy contouring, which I find really refreshing. The Illamasqua Sculpt gel, looks intimidating but provides a really lovely finish. This look is all about the lips I used Sara Hills Lipstick, in Ava. It’s so lovely, if you’ve not checked out her range yet you totally should! Lined with a lovely wine coloured liner the look is complete.
