Wedding Makeup Spotlight Series
In November I had the pleasure of doing the wedding makeup for Rebecca, her mum and 3 bridesmaids. It was a crisp morning, with beautiful light and constant snacks.
Rebecca’s Wedding Makeup
Rebecca wanted a look that would not only look great at the church but that would be a bit more glam for their evening reception. Knowing that the natural light is limited, she wanted her eyes to be smoky and suit her gorgeous lace dress. Because of her dark hair she could pull off a gorgeous brown matte smoky eye. We paired this is glowing skin and a matte, nude lip.
Rebecca’s Bridal Party
All three of the bridesmaids looked great in their grey wrap dresses. We went for shimmery eyes that complimented the sheen of the dresses. Rebeccas mum had treated herself to come new foundation and lipstick from Clinque, so I used these on the morning. This meant she had the products she loves applied professionally.
The Wedding Morning
Any wedding morning where you are offered a bacon roll is a win for me! It was an early start for the girls as to make the most of the daylight, they had an early start time for the ceremony. I had a lovely set up and didn’t even need my ring light which was a blessing! It was such a smooth and lovely morning!
Here is a combo of photos I took on my phone on the morning, one of the guests -Shirley Bottom and the professional photos from Stuart Craig Photography.
